Match Report: Goals Galore as England Humiliate Iran in World Cup.

 


England has bagged a comfortable 6-2 win against Iran in the opening Group B game at the World Cup in Qatar.

The second half was a sigh of relief for Iranians after a neat first goal by Taremi in the 65th minute, a moment that saw the crowd cheer affirming hope is not lost.


71 minutes in, it was 5 goals for England courtesy of Magic Marcus Rashford who scored instantly after being subbed on. It took only three touches to get to the scoresheet.


At the 89th minute, Grealish finished it off with a beautiful 6th goal, making England hit six for the second World Cup in a row.


At the kick of the game, Taremi made it 2 goals for Team Melli with a penalty.
